Classics for Kids

Sundays at 5:30 p.m.

Classics for KidsClassics for Kids is an educational children’s program that is fun for adults too! The half hour program airs on 88.7 KCME-FM every Sunday evening at 5:30 pm. 88.7 KCME Host Michael Campion and WGUC Host Naomi Lewin will take you on a fun and educational journey that will focus on a different composer each month, with each weekly program highlighting a different aspect of that composer's life and work.

To supplement the on-air program, visit our Classics for Kids website, where you will find multimedia games, an interactive musical dictionary, downloadable activity sheets, and more. The website also offers parent and teacher resources that include lesson plans.

Classroom visits to Colorado schools by 88.7 KCME-FM host Michael Campion further promote the education of classical music.
