Bill Fodor, your host on weekday mornings, started his broadcasting career in San Antonio, Texas, with KPAC-FM, then a start-up member-supported public station not unlike 88.7 KCME-FM.
Born and reared in New York City, Bill is retired from a 22-year career in the U.S. Air Force, during which time he was posted to many parts of the U.S. and to Germany. He retired to Denver in the early 90s where his wife Pat completed her training as a neurologist. They have lived in Colorado Springs since 2000.
Bill is an engineer, mathematician, industrial hygienist, and health physicist, and has degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, the University of Texas at San Antonio, and the University of Michigan.
His interest in music goes back to when he started music lessons at the age of seven. “I continue to 'play at’ the piano for my own enjoyment."
Bill and Pat have been married over 35 years and have three grown children.
